We are an artist framing & upholstery studio based in Maldon Essex
Artist Angelique Hartigan has lived and worked in Maldon since 2015. "Here on the East Coast of England walks with my four-legged friend Jasper Spaniel have introduced me to lovely lakes, winding waterways, ebbing and flowing estuaries, wild and windy nature reserves with richly coloured salt marshes and dense woodlands framed by open skies. I am in my element absorbed in this beautiful, peaceful landscape which is a huge influence on my current practice with its watery reflections and simple abstractions."

We are thrilled the painting is amazing!!! Thank you so much. Loved the painting and it’s going above their fireplace! He loved the fact it wasn’t architectural. It looks incredible!!!! My husband is so excited, and LOVES it. He says it’s beautiful and better than he could have ever imagined. Thank you…. That photo was a special memory for us, even if it wasn’t the best photo ever, and you have breathed an entirely new and much more exciting visual life into it. Thanks Angelique so much for the painting. It was a complete surprise and Chris loves it! Perfect!,
I cried with joy, delight, awe….I couldn’t have anticipated such a wonderful painting. I expected to love it but not such a strong response to seeing it. It’s everything and more I hoped for. Thank you, thank you, thank you. All my friends have been blown away by it too. We had never commissioned any art before but saw a picture Angelique had painted and wondered whether she had something similar in a different size. We decided in the end to get her to paint something for us; she listened to the brief, was sensitive to where and why we wanted it (splash of colour was essential) and came up with something well beyond our expectations. We’re delighted – and the thought that somewhere someone else might be enjoying a print of a picture that wouldn’t have existed without us is, frankly, rather lovely. So pleased with the way the painting has captured the essence and feel of our home and how accurately Angelique has translated our conversation of wishes and requirements….Just as good as we’d hoped it would be.”,
