Signed, numbered print of ‘Electric Avenue, Brixton’ – 30.5 x 30.5 cm A labour of love and started a couple of years ago….I have been dipping in and out of the composition and it has changed a few times. The cyclist is a Brixton Cycles rider and the friends on the left have seen many changes. I have them chatting away about this in my mind. Nothing ever stays the same. I have seen and no doubt be a reason for some of the changes happening in Brixton have been ongoing for a few years now. Built in the 1880s, it was the first market street to be lit by electricity. This street has seen many change and is in flux again as gentrification takes hold.
