Yes we do Framing!
Our bespoke framing is a snow white mount of 10cm in with a solid wood moulding: We have a choice of dove white or raven black painted box frame. It takes about 4 weeks for the print and frame to be organised. Glass is Plexiglas for posting. If you would prefer to collect from the studio we can also organise museum quality or non-reflective glass. Locally delivery can be arranged.

Signed and Numbered Small Collectors Print”Shopping with Mummy Market Hill Maldon” is a lovely moment captured where a mother and daughter have had lovely time together and are now on their way home from a successful little shopping trip to Maldon’s bustling High Street. Travelling down the very steep Market Hill the sun is shining casting lovely shadows and highlighting the fabulous listed buildings of Market Hill. The popular Limes guest house trees are on the right and you can just make out the Maeldune Heritage Centre at the top of market hill can just be made out on the skyline.
I love the bright pink tutu, tights and little scooter of this modern scene. Mummy has a lovely bouquet of flowers in one hand and making sure the scooter doesn’t take off with the other. I hope those flowers are for her! This is part of my growing catalogue of original paintings depicting my new(ish) home. This is a part of my first exhibition of ten new original paintings and my first response of my experience exploring the locale. Maldon is a such lovely town with many places of interest making it a really lovely day out from the history of the town and beauty of the countryside – unique to this part of Essex.
Being one of the oldest recorded towns in Essex, a walk up the High Street to the crest of the town reveals many buildings whose brick facades conceal medieval timber frames. At the junction of the High Street and Market Hill stands the tower of St Peters which is attached to the building erected in 1704 by Dr Thomas Plume to house his famous library and the Maldon’s grammar school. The school has long since moved and the ground floor now contains the Maeldune Centre which displays the Maldon Embroidery depicting life in the town from the Battle of Maldon to the present day.
This is part of my growing catalogue of original paintings depicting Maldon and forms part of my first exhibition of ten new original paintings. It is my first response of my experience exploring the locale over the last few years. Maldon is a such lovely town with many places of interest making it a really lovely day out from the history of the ancient buildings to beauty of the countryside.
